For Mongo DB support you will need to update the Netprobe (at minimum) to 6.5.0, and 6.6 added support for later versions (7.x) of Mongo DB too.
The Mongo DB plugin - documented here - is a Collection Agent plugin, which is a component of the Netprobe package.
You should probably also plan to upgrade your Gateways if they are still using 5.x releases.
